By accessing FineTide Grove, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase courses.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.
3. Purchases and payments
Prices are displayed in USD. Taxes may apply. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method. Refunds follow our policy described in the FAQ and at checkout.
4. Use of content
Course content is licensed for your personal, non-transferable use. Do not copy, share, or resell content without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass security, or use our services for unlawful activities. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
All trademarks, logos, and content belong to FineTide Grove or our licensors. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.
7. Disclaimers
Our courses are provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about job outcomes. You are responsible for how you use the content and the results you achieve.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FineTide Grove is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will post a notice on the site and update the effective date above.
